Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date as indicated on your receipt or order confirmation email.
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or otherwise noted as non-returnable are not eligible for return or exchange.
Return Process
Initiate a Return
- To begin the return process, contact us at Info@themidnightmotive.com with your order number and details about the item(s) you wish to return.
Prepare Your Package
- Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging. Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.
Shipping Your Return
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as The Midnight Motive is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
Inspection and Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return.
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges follow the same eligibility criteria as returns.
- If you need a different size, color, or item, please contact us at Info@themidnightmotive.com to ensure availability.
- Once the return of the original item is approved, the replacement item will be shipped.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at Info@themidnightmotive.com with photos and a description of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the matter promptly.
Additional Notes
- Returns initiated after the 14-day window or items that do not meet the eligibility criteria may be denied.
